Ramblings In Weight Control/Loss
Here are some thoughts to keep in mind about weight control and/or loss.
1. Portion control
2. Eat local and fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fish, lean meats.
3. Eat until you are 80% full.
4. Eat high fiber.
5. Aerobic exercise.
6. Have a strong social support system.
Or think of it this way.......
1. Eat 20% less
2. Eat plants.
3. Learn to love foods that love you.
4. Eat slower.
5. Exercise (Walk).
6. Make friends and enjoy family.
7. Reduce stress.
